The Story

A teacher by day,
a baker always

"Baking is how I put love into something you can taste."

Hi, I'm Cay — a central Illinois teacher with flour on my hands and recipes in my heart. What started as weekend baking for family grew into something I couldn't keep to myself.

I rolled out a self-serve driveway cart in Maroa — grab what looks good, leave what it's worth. From there, local festivals came calling. Operating under Illinois Cottage Law, everything is made fresh in small batches, from scratch.
